Paul is a highly experienced senior IT professional with a comprehensive understanding of IT Management in an industry leading Financial Services organisation undergoing major transformation. He has held a range of senior IT management roles covering the full lifecycle of major IT enabled change from Operating Model design, Business Case development, Solution Design, IT Development, Software Quality assurance through to Implementation management. He has successfully introduced new technologies  and methodologies, CASE, DSDM, Data Warehousing and ETL and concluded his career in AIB by running Software testing for the bank and  building a Test Centre of Excellence including an offshore managed service partnership with Accenture. Paul holds a first class honours MBA from UCD.

Head of Test Centre of Excellence – AIB Bank

The establishment of an Test Centre of Excellence and of a Managed Test Service with Accenture in AIB was a significant achievement.  This involved benchmarking against industry best practice, centralising testing, upgrading and standardising processes and the introduction of new test technology and tools.  It has also included formal transfer of knowledge to Accenture staff and the establishment of an Accenture team in Bangalore servicing AIB projects.

Ken has experience across both process and technical projects, and he is recognised by his clients for his ability to interact with all levels of users and management, as well as his keen eye for detail and results orientated approach to delivery.

• Programme Delivery Manager - Capita

  Ken was responsible for the successful Test Programme Delivery (system test & UAT) for a high profile project at Capita involving the development of a banking platform & the migration of a commercial loan book valued in excess of €35bn.  At the time, this was the largest single movement of funds in Irish financial history and as such was subject to meticulous oversight and post project audit.

He has held key leadership roles in companies including FNBS, Kindle/Misys, Trintech and QUMAS, and has built and managed global teams across five continents, managing exponential team and company growth and providing enterprise level, mission critical, IT solutions in a number of distinct verticals including Commercial Banking, Payment, Fraud and AML, and Life Sciences, in more than 50 countries around the world.

Vincent was responsible for Sales and Relationship Management in Northern Europe and South Africa, successfully opening up the South African market and concluding significant commercial agreements with both new and existing customers, and channel partners, concluding in the successful acquisition of QUMAS by Dassault Systems.
